This fee schedule for all accounts set forth certain conditions, fees and charges applicable to share and share draft accounts at Electric Cooperatives Federal Credit Union as of May 18, 2017. This schedule of fees which may be assessed in connection with your accounts is incorporated as part of your account agreement with Electric Cooperatives Federal Credit Unon.

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include: Social Security number and Income, Account balances and Payment history, Credit history and Credit Scores. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

How does Electric Cooperatives Federal Credit Union collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
Open an account or Deposit money, Pay your bills or Apply for a loan, Use your debit card.
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness, Affiliates from using your information to market to you, Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you, State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. • Electric Cooperatives Federal Credit Union has no affiliates.
Non-affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. • We disclose to non-affiliated companies only for our everyday business purposes, such as to process transactions, maintain accounts, respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus as otherwise permitted by law.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include insurance and brokerage companies.
PATRIOT ACT'S MEMBER IDENTIFICATION POLICY
CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM (CIP)
The CIP requires financial institutions to create policies and implement procedures to collect and verify enough identification information to form a "reasonable belief" that it knows the true identity of a member/customer. It also requires that financial institutions crosscheck the names of members or account signers against the government's list of known or suspected terrorists.
ACCOUNTS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THE CIP
All deposits and loan accounts are subject to the PATRIOT ACT including but not limited to new members, existing members who apply for a loan and/or members who are added as a signatory to a new or existing deposit or loan account. This includes individuals, and anyone representing a business and/or other organizations' and all signatories on accounts, whether added at the time the account is opened or at a later time.
The following is a list of acceptable means of identification
Current drivers license with photo
Social Security Card
Employer ID (or copy of check stub)
Passport
Birth Certificate
Other government issued document that would provide evidence of nationality or residence and bears a photograph or a similar safeguard.
Children's form of identity
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Verification of identity by Parent (s) or Grandparent (s)
Copies of these documents must be received and kept by the Credit Union in the member's file.
If the member is not able to open an account in person:
A notarized document of the member's signature and a copy of Picture ID and Social Security card must accompany the Membership Card before a person can become a member. All signers on the card must also provide the same information.
